Here's the drive team meeting before the event. This meeting is for the four members of each team's 'drive team' (aka the two drivers, one human player, and one coach) to ask any questions they may have about the game to the referees. Also during this time, teams are instructed in anything from where to park your robot cart while competing to remember your gracious professionalism.
