How do you dress up your robot for a beach-themed competition?
In 2006, our team answered with a lei, shovel and bucket, a palm tree, and a rubber ducky. Of these, the lei, bucket, and shovel were the only ones to remain unscathed through the competition. The palm tree lost many of its leaves, and the rubber ducky flew off in one match during a hard head-on collision in autonomous (although it was eventually safely recovered).
