Here we are drilling out blocks of HDPE to use for our custom machine joystick handles. This was quite a messy endeavor, as the hole saw needed constant lubrication while drilling to avoid smoking and melting the plastic. In the end, we had machining oil and plastic dust everywhere around the drill press, and three joystick handles ready to be machined.
