2005 UTC Scrimmage

Every year for the past four years, Aces High Team 176 has hosted the UTC Scrimmage, with the official FIRST playing field. Almost twenty teams attended the event, including Gus Robotics. Although Gus Robotics did not walk away winners, we did not walk away empty handed. We gained very valuable driving experience among four different drivers/co-drivers, as well as first hand experience with the robot. Some our our mechanisms work very well, while others need refining. However, our operator interface met rave reviews among the other teams. So with only three days left, we'll be finishing the robot, creating autonomous programs, and refining our ideas. See our Event Pictures page for pictures from the event.
